Delivery Destinations

  • We ship to over 25000 pin codes within India.
  • We do not ship outside India at this time.

Shipping Time

  • All items are shipped within 2-3 weeks.
  • Items from our quick ship category are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Charge

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

Delivery Method

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we only use reputed courier services such as DHL, Blue Dart and Fedex. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your items our shipped. Deliveries will only occur between Monday-Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.

All products are insured until it reaches you.

Shipping Errors

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly replace the item for you. Please contact us within 48-hours of receiving the items.

Packaging

We individually pack each item in your order with our signature ModiGold tamper free packaging. 

Delivery times on customized orders may vary, kindly email care@modigold.com for exact delivery times on such orders.

Please Note:

  • Items may be shipped separately.
  • The customer will be liable to pay all local taxes/duties if any. 
  • We don’t ship to PO Boxes 

Care Instructions 

  • Kindly store all ModiGold jewellery safely in the packaging provided with the item.
  • Always remember to seal the box completely.
  • Do not store the jewellery in a cloth, tissue paper or leather pouches.
  • Always remember to remove all your jewellery before taking a shower or swimming.
  • Do not use any liquid cleaners, soap, detergent or toothpaste to clean ModiGold Jewellery.
  • When dressing up, always wear the jewellery last to avoid any contact with cream, make-up,cosmetics, water, nail polish remover and perfume.
  • Make sure your jewellery is not in constant contact with hard or rough surfaces to avoid scratches.
  • All jewellery should be stored in a clean dry place, away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.

Repairs 

We will gladly entertain all requests for repairs that include re-stringing, re-plating and re-setting. Any costs associated with the repairs will be communicated to you before initiating the repairs.
