• All ModiGold jewellery comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Return Process

• You must initiate your return by contacting our customer service team.
• Securely pack the product in its original box together with all tags and certifications.
• You may then schedule a pickup with our customer care team and handover the package to our logistics partner. 
• You must retain the acknowledgement receipt form our logistics partner.
• Once your product is received and passes all quality and authenticity checks, a 100% refund will be issued.

Life Time Exchange Policy

We offer a lifetime exchange on all purchases from ModiGold.

Products can be exchanged towards another product from ModiGold based on its current market value with deduction of the making charge and any applicable discount at the time of purchase.

Please note that kundan jewellery may be exchanged only against others pieces from the kundan collection. Diamond and gold jewellery may be exchanged with any other piece from any collection.

Products can only be exchanged if accompanied with the certificate of authenticity.

Jewellery that shows signs of significant damage or alterations can’t be exchanged.

Market Value will be calculated as follows 

• 100% of the metal weight at the prevailing market rate.
• 90% of the prevailing diamond/gemstone value at the current market rate.

Please note: 

• The exchange value can’t be cashed for a refund.
• Loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of Rs.500.
