Where is ModiGold located?

Our head office is in Noida, UP and our store is at Khan Market, New Delhi. We manufacture all our jewellery in our factory in Delhi.

Who are the founders and promoters of ModiGold?

ModiGold was founded by Asha Kamal Modi, who hails from the industrious Modi family of Modi Nagar. She is regarded as one of India’s most recognized jewellery designers.

Do you ship outside India?

At this time we only ship within India to over 25000 pin codes.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders.

How will you ship my order?

We use reputed logistics partners to ship your product in tamper free packaging.

Is my product insured?

All products are insured till the time it reaches you.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes we offer cash on delivery on all orders valued up to Rs.50000, within India.

Do you provide EMI facility?

At this time we do not offer EMI facility.

Yes, the prices listed on ModiGold are subject to change without any prior notice depending upon current gold prices and making charges.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your money back policy?

We offer an un-paralleled, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return your jewellery, you may do so for a 100% refund within 30 days of receiving the item.  

What is your exchange policy?

We offer a lifetime exchange on all purchases from ModiGold. Products can be exchanged towards another product from ModiGold based on its current market value with deduction of the making charge and any applicable discount at the time of purchase. Please note that kundan jewellery may be exchanged only against others pieces from the kundan collection. Diamond and gold jewellery may be exchanged with any other piece from any collection.

Do you offer a buy back policy after 30 days?

At this time we offer a life time exchange policy but we do not offer a buy back policy. You may return your jewellery for a 100% refund within 30 days of receiving your items.

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

No, we offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING for all our orders. We will schedule a pick up from your address absolutely free of charge.

Are there any circumstances that you will not accept a return?

Only if the products you wish to return are damaged, or fail to pass any authenticity checks we won’t be able to accept them for returns or exchanges.

Do you customise your designs?

We will be happy to entertain any request for customisations. Kindly contact our customer care team, who will be happy to help you.

What is the best way to store your jewellery?

The best way to store our jewellery is in the beautiful packaging provided with your item. We have specially made our packaging so that your item is secure and retains its original shine for a long time.

Do you offer repairs or polishing services for your jewellery?

We will be happy to entertain any requests for repairs or polishing, if there are any additional charges our customer care team will let you know. 

How can I clean your jewellery?

You may clean our jewellery with a damp cloth. We request you not to use any chemical to clean your jewellery as that can damage it.
